very helpful to my condition

I've gone to several pain clinics since I injured my back in 1984 and none of them helped me, in fact a few left me hurting worse. Until now. Ms. Yorkman has put me on a regiment that is actually helping me and I am so grateful to her. I can now say I have less pain, I never thought I would say that. She is a very good NP. Once the pain was reduced in my lower back. She recommended PT to that same area in my back. So I attend PT twice a week, allot of stretching of the lower back muscles and upper leg muscles I more reflex in my lower back doing these exercises

Have had severe lumbar and cervical spine problems for years. A lot of pain and multiple surgeries thru the years and was looking at possibly more surgeries. I am 68 years old and a retired Pipefitter. I am now able to exercise and golf again. Don’t get me wrong, I can’t run a marathon or bench press 200 pounds, but I am now able to get things done around the house that I couldn’t do before.
