Went to this clinic on a last resort find. Having horrid sciatica and could barely walk. Was new patient that day and I was able to get a anti-inflammatory shot, meds, injection appointment, physical therapy referral all in one shot!!! She was kind, smart and got her stuff done for me! Dr Yorkman and front desk staff are Great. The desk staff are efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel Dr Yorkman is truly concerned with me and my treatment. I've also seen Dr Fautu in this office who is amazing, he has always help put my pain to rest, without high risk treatments.

I'm going to get in touch with my insurance explaining the severity of my pain. I am a fall risk* My pain is intermittent. I would please prefer the spinal shots instead of the spinal 10's unit. I heard so much bad things about it. I have alot of hardware in my back and I would like to be seen on a frequent basis please and God Bless you. Thank you

She must have been having quite a heavy load there. Tuesday January 6th. Her customer services weren't to pleasant. I still like her, everyone has a bad day. I pray her day is better.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They were understanding the needs I had to getting an appointment as soon as possible because of the pain I was in. I love Dr. Fattouh. He has given me hope to be pain free again.

He listens to you explains everything to you in terms you understand. Always on time got back no later then 5 minutes. For a doctor that’s early. Don’t do anything he don’t have to. If you go to the Munster’s surgery center everyone the is great also. They explain everything that will happen.

very helpful to my condition

I've gone to several pain clinics since I injured my back in 1984 and none of them helped me, in fact a few left me hurting worse. Until now. Ms. Yorkman has put me on a regiment that is actually helping me and I am so grateful to her. I can now say I have less pain, I never thought I would say that. She is a very good NP. Once the pain was reduced in my lower back. She recommended PT to that same area in my back. So I attend PT twice a week, allot of stretching of the lower back muscles and upper leg muscles I more reflex in my lower back doing these exercises

Have had severe lumbar and cervical spine problems for years. A lot of pain and multiple surgeries thru the years and was looking at possibly more surgeries. I am 68 years old and a retired Pipefitter. I am now able to exercise and golf again. Don’t get me wrong, I can’t run a marathon or bench press 200 pounds, but I am now able to get things done around the house that I couldn’t do before.
